Payment Policy

CCH PROPERTY VENTURE SDN BHD

  • All deposits and fees must be paid in full prior to the signing of the agreement.
  • All deposits and fees paid prior to move-in and the signing of the agreement are non-refundable.
  • Monthly sub-licensee fees and utility charges must be paid on or before the 7th of each month.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless the sub-licensing period specified in the agreement is fully completed.
  • Other policies shall be subject to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

BILIK BILIK CO-LIVING SDN BHD

  • All deposits and fees must be paid in full prior to the signing of the agreement.
  • All deposits and fees paid prior to move-in and the signing of the agreement are non-refundable.
  • Monthly sub-licensee fees and utility charges must be paid on or before the 7th of each month.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless the sub-licensing period specified in the agreement is fully completed.
  • Other policies shall be subject to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

DE GARDEN EVENTS SDN BHD

  • A lock date deposit of RM1,000.00 is required to secure the event date for bookings made more than three (3) months in advance.
  • Upon confirmation of the invoice, a 50% advance deposit is required to secure the event date and ensure booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.
  • Full payment is required for event bookings made less than two (2) weeks before the event date.
  • All advance deposits, including the RM 1,000 lock date deposit, are non-refundable.
  • Upon acceptance of the invoice and remittance of the deposit, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the payment.
